Explaining our Analytics

SUMMARY

The first page on your Analytics section is a summary of all your LinkTo videos.

By clicking on the title of your video in this summary, you can gain more detailed analytics of that individual video. Access each section through the navigation bar.

The summary page will provide you information on:

Number of times your video player loads
Number of views of your video
Number of people who have clicked on at least one interactive item on your video
Engagement Rate - Percentage of people who have clicked on at least one interactive item on your video against views

Player views / loads / users

This chart tracks the number of times the video player has been loaded, how many times it has been viewed, and how many people have clicked on at least one interactive area.

Clicked objects

This chart tracks each interactive hot spot on your video and exactly when during the video people click on it.

Views over time

This chart tracks exactly how much of your video people are watching, in the example above, out of a sample of 11.500 views, over 8000 watched the video to the very end.

Object page views

This report shows how many times the information pages that your hot spots link to have been views, as well as how many people have clicked to copy the embed and link codes.

Finally, you can download a full report in the form of a spreadsheet, which also provides click through rates against views of each of your Hot Spots.
